Return process within 15 days of receiving your order
Submit a return request to the customer service email: support01@workprotools.com. Please include a description and photo explaining the reason for your return.
We reserve the right not to accept returns without prior approval from Customer Service.
Once our customer service department approves your request, we will provide you with a return address. Please ship the item via your local post office within 3-5 business days of receiving the return form and keep the tracking number handy.
EDIT: Consumers are not responsible for return shipping if an item is received damaged or incorrect.
In other cases, if a return is requested, the consumer shall bear the shipping cost. The specific cost depends on the courier company you choose.
No restocking fees are charged to customers for returning defective products
All returned items will be inspected. We will process a refund when we confirm that the product has the problem you mentioned. After we process your refund, it usually takes 3-7 business days for the funds to be credited to your account, depending on your bank or payment service. This is a great set to have for small repairs and projects. The only thing I wanted to add was a decent straight and Philips screwdriver to the bag. The cordless screwdriver and the bits are nice for certain projects, but sometimes you need to hand tighten. The pliers, needle nose, adjustable wrench and what I call channel locks but they are calling ¡°water pump plier¡± are fantastic. The cutter is meh. Nothing exciting but good for opening packages and cutting banding cords. I¡¯d have loved a real heavy duty one with decent blade. You have some good tools, and some cheap toss in ones in this bundle. The tape measure is nice for a 10 foot. All in all, I don¡¯t have complaints. Suggestions for perfection, yes. It is a basic set and is great for avoiding going all the way to the garage or shed for tools. Also a great set to leave in the trunk or back of your vehicle for emergencies!
The bag is great for storing these and has side pockets for storage. I like having the small level, been wanting a small one. There is a nice looking set of electronic screwdrivers in the lot, the electric screwdriver is nice, I charged it first thing. A couple of the hand tools seemed a bit subpar, that is the way they opened and closed didn't seem to have the drag control (if I've got a good enough term) but I'm sure all will work fine when put to the test.
I like the pink.
This is a great set. It's good quality, but the main thing is, it's pink!
This is a nice tool set, whether it's your first one or tenth one. The bag is very sturdy, and has 2 front outside pockets and 3 outside back pockets, durable handles and a good quality zipper. This is a good set of tools for the house or to take on the go. In my opinion, this would make a nice set for someone starting out on their own or a college student.
