What can be returned or exchanged?
- Items ordered were received within the past 15 days.
- Product is in the same condition as when you received it.
- All packaging, accessories, accessories are still in new or like-new condition and will not affect resale.

Return process within 15 days of receiving your order
Submit a return request to the customer service email: support01@workprotools.com. Please include a description and photo explaining the reason for your return.
We reserve the right not to accept returns without prior approval from Customer Service.
Once our customer service department approves your request, we will provide you with a return address. Please ship the item via your local post office within 3-5 business days of receiving the return form and keep the tracking number handy.
EDIT: Consumers are not responsible for return shipping if an item is received damaged or incorrect.
In other cases, if a return is requested, the consumer shall bear the shipping cost. The specific cost depends on the courier company you choose.
No restocking fees are charged to customers for returning defective products
All returned items will be inspected. We will process a refund when we confirm that the product has the problem you mentioned. After we process your refund, it usually takes 3-7 business days for the funds to be credited to your account, depending on your bank or payment service. Your bank or payment service may charge a small transaction fee.
Note: The value of the return is equal to the selling price of the returned or exchanged item, including applicable taxes. For online returns, original shipping charges will not be refunded unless otherwise stated.

I've had a lot of gloves I've used in the garden but most of them are either too thick or too thin. These are exactly what I needed. They're sturdy but I can hold and manipulate tools - large or small - with no problem at all. Glad I found these!
Size M. very high quality gloves! Weaving nylon, neat. The top is thin breathable. The rubber coating is latex (not cheap PVC) and uniform. On the hand sits pleasantly, at 0 degrees does not blow. Of the minuses-short fingers for my hand.
I've been using my first pair for a little over a month doing some fairly heavy duty gardening (especially trying to dig out a mess of lilies that have overrun a portion of one garden). The gloves are sturdy and stand up well and, with the rubber coating on the palm and fingers, you have good protection from mud and wet. That also can cause heat to build up a little as they don't ventilate as a cloth glove would but that is not a real problem. Very reasonable price for six pairs.
These gloves feel very safe; soft, allow for dexterity and protect from pathogens and sharp objects. They a good fitting too. I felt latex on the outside and was concerned about how long the gloves would last, but they are lined with something that strengthens the latex coating. I don't think they can be dryed in a hot dryer though. I am glad I took a risk and bought them for my community garden group.
