Return process within 15 days of receiving your order
Submit a return request to the customer service email: support01@workprotools.com. Please include a description and photo explaining the reason for your return.
We reserve the right not to accept returns without prior approval from Customer Service.
Once our customer service department approves your request, we will provide you with a return address. Please ship the item via your local post office within 3-5 business days of receiving the return form and keep the tracking number handy.
EDIT: Consumers are not responsible for return shipping if an item is received damaged or incorrect.
In other cases, if a return is requested, the consumer shall bear the shipping cost. The specific cost depends on the courier company you choose.
No restocking fees are charged to customers for returning defective products
All returned items will be inspected. We will process a refund when we confirm that the product has the problem you mentioned. After we process your refund, it usually takes 3-7 business days for the funds to be credited to your account, depending on your bank or payment service. Favorite knife, we’ve been getting these for a few years… Bring back the little bolts, instead of these rivets
Well packaged for shipping for starters, while I can't confirm there long term use if these only last me 2-3 months a peice minimum thats still cheaper than buy 1 $15-$20 utility knife. Either way I'm going to be rough on these and if there is a defect it won't take long. Can't say how much I like the shape closed, feels great in your hand or your pocket. But with this large and sturdy clip attached you won't need to put it in your pocket unless wanted, because I doubt it will break before the screws holding it come out themselves ( easy fix/maintenance). No that difficult to open with one hand( right handed people only) ,but you will definitely need both your hands to close these knives. Overall I would probably buy again , my only complaint would be the handle texture isn't exactly the friction provider you'd expect.
I love these knives. They are simple and easy to open and close. The blades are very sharp and easy to replace without being too much in danger of accidental removal. Hey are sturdy and yet not bulky, can easily slide into my women¡¯s pant pocket.
I use one every day at work to open boxes and cut cardboard and plastic, and they have served me amazingly well. I just bought more to have around my home.
I've been using 1 of the knives for 7 months.... 7!!!! And this thing is like new, and I'm using it daily where I work I have it on me all the time. It is a very sturdy knife, great design, and above all its small. It doesn't get in my way and the clip is still sturdy and strong, highly recommend this to anyone looking for a strong utility knife.
