What can be returned or exchanged?

- Product is in the same condition as when you received it.

Return process within 15 days of receiving your order
Submit a return request to the customer service email: support01@workprotools.com. Please include a description and photo explaining the reason for your return.
We reserve the right not to accept returns without prior approval from Customer Service.
Once our customer service department approves your request, we will provide you with a return address. Please ship the item via your local post office within 3-5 business days of receiving the return form and keep the tracking number handy.
EDIT: Consumers are not responsible for return shipping if an item is received damaged or incorrect.
In other cases, if a return is requested, the consumer shall bear the shipping cost. The specific cost depends on the courier company you choose.
No restocking fees are charged to customers for returning defective products
All returned items will be inspected. We will process a refund when we confirm that the product has the problem you mentioned. The best tool I ever gave him. Wish there were more accessories to purchase for other projects. Like sheetrock. Have to do some searching.
Overall this whole kit is a winner. I would recommend that you pickup some high quality blades/tooling for continued use of this tool. A visit to the local home center will give you a ton of choices for whatever material you're working or whatever you're doing. My expectations were exceeded by this machine! I'm certainly glad to have a modern version in my arsenal now. Two thumbs up!
Never had a multi-tool and now that I do I feel like I spent too much money on other tools. The picture above is a spot in which the flooring guys didn¡¯t cut so my AC panel was sitting too high and messed up everything with the HVAC system. Yay!!! But, the multi tool let me cut a perfect little section without screwing up any of the other floor. It¡¯s an absolutely must have. Easy too.
