2. Q: How long does it take to charge after using this product?

A: After fully charged, It could be used intermittently for 100 minutes or continuously for 30 minutes if you keep pressing the trigger. If the lights turn red and dim, the glue gun needs to be recharged. Note: You should fully charge the hot glue gun in time if you find that it is no electricity during everyday use. When you don't use the glue gun for a long time, remember to charge it every 15 days (just like the mobile phone battery).

3. Q: Can I use the glue gun while charging?

A: No, it is not supported to be used while charging for safety. This is a lithium-ion cordless hot glue gun. Please use it after unplugging the cable line.

Return process within 15 days of receiving your order

We reserve the right not to accept returns without prior approval from Customer Service.

Once our customer service department approves your request, we will provide you with a return address. Please ship the item via your local post office within 3-5 business days of receiving the return form and keep the tracking number handy.
EDIT: Consumers are not responsible for return shipping if an item is received damaged or incorrect.

In other cases, if a return is requested, the consumer shall bear the shipping cost. The specific cost depends on the courier company you choose.

No restocking fees are charged to customers for returning defective products
