1. Do you ship overseas?

     Yes, all products are shipped from our US overseas warehouse.

 

  1. When can I get my product after payment?

     We will process your order within 2-3 days. And the shipping process takes about 5-15 days, the shipping time mainly depends on where you are. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

 

  1. How can I track my order?

     Once your order has shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. Please also check your spam. This email will contain all your shipping information and ways to track your order.

     Please note that you will not get tracking information until your order has been processed and shipped. Additional shipping delays may occur due to large order volumes.

 

  1. Can I return it?

     We're always committed to making sure our customers love our products, but if you do need a return, we're happy to help. You can return undamaged products and package within 15 days of purchase for a full refund for any reason. Should the reason for return not be related to the quality of the product, we kindly request the customer to pay the shipping return cost.   1. How long does it take to process a return?

     Due to the additional quarantine measures surrounding returns, we will process your return within up to 7 business days of receipt of the return package. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed. Approximately 3-7 additional business days for funds to be credited to your original payment method.
