What can be returned or exchanged?
- Items ordered were received within the past 15 days.
- Product is in the same condition as when you received it.
- All packaging, accessories, accessories are still in new or like-new condition and will not affect resale.

Return process within 15 days of receiving your order
Submit a return request to the customer service email: support01@workprotools.com. Please include a description and photo explaining the reason for your return.
We reserve the right not to accept returns without prior approval from Customer Service.
Once our customer service department approves your request, we will provide you with a return address. Please ship the item via your local post office within 3-5 business days of receiving the return form and keep the tracking number handy.
EDIT: Consumers are not responsible for return shipping if an item is received damaged or incorrect.
In other cases, if a return is requested, the consumer shall bear the shipping cost. The specific cost depends on the courier company you choose.
No restocking fees are charged to customers for returning defective products
All returned items will be inspected. We will process a refund when we confirm that the product has the problem you mentioned. After we process your refund, it usually takes 3-7 business days for the funds to be credited to your account, depending on your bank or payment service. Your bank or payment service may charge a small transaction fee.

The battery charges fast as advertised and lasts a good while. Feels like it's built well and also it feels like it is quality made. This is definitely lower priced than the major name brands and the greatest aspect out of all these boxes that have been checked off is that it is an American company making quality tools at an affordable price. I also purchased the combo that comes with this drill as well as an Impact Driver that absolutely screwed a big long thick 6" Spax brand screw into and threw a Prime KD 2x4 and all the way into the stud. I was impressed with the Impact Drivers strength. I was so impressed that I went ahead and ordered another cordless drill, this one I'm currently reviewing. Overall I'd rate WorkPro as one of THE best generic alternatives to the big name brand competitors ie Dewalt, Makita, etc etc. Definitely recommend as a great generic alternative!!!! 5 stars for the overall rating but had to give 4 stars for lightweight category cause it really isn't that lightweight but if anything is a sign of how well built it is.

I just love this drill. I upgraded from my 9V cordless drill so I'd be able to plant lots n lots of flower bulbs by attaching a planting auger. The drill easy lightweight, easy to attach augers and bits, and is easy to use. I bought an extra battery so I'd be able to switch when the battery ran out [usually my energy level exhausts before the battery does .. so I don't want to miss an opportunity to keep going]. The drill is easy to control, easy to operate. Very pleased with my selection.
I bought this to replace my 10 year old Hitachi 18-volt drill. It broke in half when I knocked it off a high surface. This Workpro is wonderful. It's small enough to fit comfortably in my hand. It's powerful and light. I bought a second battery because I hate running out of power mid-project but so far I haven't even had to recharge the first one.
