Return process within 15 days of receiving your order
Submit a return request to the customer service email: support01@workprotools.com. Please include a description and photo explaining the reason for your return.
We reserve the right not to accept returns without prior approval from Customer Service.
Once our customer service department approves your request, we will provide you with a return address. Please ship the item via your local post office within 3-5 business days of receiving the return form and keep the tracking number handy.
EDIT: Consumers are not responsible for return shipping if an item is received damaged or incorrect.
In other cases, if a return is requested, the consumer shall bear the shipping cost. The specific cost depends on the courier company you choose.
No restocking fees are charged to customers for returning defective products
All returned items will be inspected. We will process a refund when we confirm that the product has the problem you mentioned. After we process your refund, it usually takes 3-7 business days for the funds to be credited to your account, depending on your bank or payment service. The design of this tool sets it apart from others I have used. The simple fact that this battery charges via usb c alone makes it worth the buy. The blade guard is well designed and the handle is nice and thick. The battery holds up for normal yard work before a recharge, which is all you can ask for. 100% recommend this.
Workprox Mini 6" cordless chainsaw is an amazing little tool.
My husband and I are Senior Citizens and the saw was very easy to handle.
It's lightweight the handle is very comfortable and both of us could use with ease.
We cut 4" hardwood maple that had been seasoned for a year and it sliced right through it.
We appreciate the top cover over the chain while in use in case there would be a kick back we were protected.
The unit comes with chain cover for storage, a empty bottle to fill with bar oil charging cord and nice zippered carry bag.
We are looking forward to using it this spring to cut back tree limbs and brush that normally we had to duck when mowing the yard.
I used on my ornamental grass. It’s very fiberous so I always had to use hand pruning tool in past years and the job took hours! I was able to cut all in no time!! Very happy with the performance!!
I didn't expect much from this small battery powered chain saw, but I was wrong. The battery came charged about 70%, and I topped off before the first use. I also followed the instructions and oiled the chain (the saw doesn't come with chainsaw oil; you'll have to get it locally).
We had a downed 5 1/2" diameter branch from a giant cherry tree as a test subject. I then cut through the branch in three different places. For each cut, I started on one side and then flipped the branch, and finished from the other. Each cut drained about 4% of the battery, and the six inch blade had no trouble chewing through the hardwood branch.
One caveat. the toy-like light weight of this tool is glorious for carrying around a large property, but might lull a person into thinking it less dangerous. I'd argue the opposite. The ease of moving this saw around makes it even more important to be careful of your stance and the positioning of the branches you're cutting. You do NOT want this saw to end up swinging in an unexpected direction. Also, _really_ keep it away from kids!
Based on my first experience using it, I give this chainsaw saw a solid recommendation.
