What can be returned or exchanged?

Return process within 15 days of receiving your order
Submit a return request to the customer service email: support01@workprotools.com. Please include a description and photo explaining the reason for your return.
We reserve the right not to accept returns without prior approval from Customer Service.
Once our customer service department approves your request, we will provide you with a return address. Please ship the item via your local post office within 3-5 business days of receiving the return form and keep the tracking number handy.
EDIT: Consumers are not responsible for return shipping if an item is received damaged or incorrect.
In other cases, if a return is requested, the consumer shall bear the shipping cost. The specific cost depends on the courier company you choose.
No restocking fees are charged to customers for returning defective products
All returned items will be inspected. We will process a refund when we confirm that the product has the problem you mentioned. After we process your refund, it usually takes 3-7 business days for the funds to be credited to your account, depending on your bank or payment service. Your bank or payment service may charge a small transaction fee.

We use a blower for regular light/normal duty lawn work at home and I was so excited to order this electric blower. it did not disappoint! It's lightweight, compact and I'm happy to say it has replaced our dirty old gas blower. It holds a charge for a good while, we've not been in the middle of blowing and lost charge. Usually it lasts multiple days of 10-15 minutes at a time easily. It's comfortable to carry and use and has made the chore almost enjoyable!
This is the first leaf blower I’ve ever had and I LOVE it! It is compact, not too heavy to operate, and has a powerful blower that does the job efficiently and quietly. The battery charger is easy to juice up with included cord for USB and the bonus is that once charged you can use the charger to power up your phone in case of a power outage, etc. There’s a helpful digital display to show where your power reserves are. Mine is still showing 100% after I used it for twenty minutes or so yesterday to clean up debris from hedge trimming.This is such a great tool to have around. I know I’ll be using it frequently to tidy up our yard, after trimming projects, and to keep our patio free of debris. I also envision using it to clean surfaces for an upcoming concrete refinishing project and for pre-painting.I can’t imagine a more helpful and easy to Use leaf blower. It is straightforward to Assemble and the battery power pack slides easily on and off the blower base. Stores easily with two parts that detach from the base. Get one!
I like this leaf blower because it's easier to grab and go, no wires or cables to deal with. Easily able to clean off a backyard patio/deck area in a small condo / house. Don't have to deal with cables or worry about moisture.
