Return process within 15 days of receiving your order
Submit a return request to the customer service email: support01@workprotools.com. Please include a description and photo explaining the reason for your return.
We reserve the right not to accept returns without prior approval from Customer Service.
Once our customer service department approves your request, we will provide you with a return address. Please ship the item via your local post office within 3-5 business days of receiving the return form and keep the tracking number handy.
EDIT: Consumers are not responsible for return shipping if an item is received damaged or incorrect.
In other cases, if a return is requested, the consumer shall bear the shipping cost. The specific cost depends on the courier company you choose.
No restocking fees are charged to customers for returning defective products
All returned items will be inspected. We will process a refund when we confirm that the product has the problem you mentioned. After we process your refund, it usually takes 3-7 business days for the funds to be credited to your account, depending on your bank or payment service. Your bank or payment service may charge a small transaction fee.

Great quality for the price
This 12-wrench array covers the screw and bolt sizes normally encountered by the DIY handyman. The kit container does a great job of organizing and securing the wrenches for easy identification and access. The wrenches are well made and appear to be strong and durable. Size numbers are stamped deeply and easy to read. Although these are stubby wrenches and don't provide the leverage of their longer cousins, they are still big enough to deliver sufficient torque for most situations. I expect them to be very useful in tight and hard-to- reach situations.
These are really nice!! I was quite surprised how well these seem. They have 12 point which makes them grab a bit better. Also them coming in the case is super nice when storing in a big tool box. Having these is priceless when you need one which is not real often but when you do there is no way around using something else.
Overall I have to say these are super nice and i am not sure about how much you could put on them to break one but with them being stubby you wouldnt put much on them anyway.
Really good quality. Havent bent any or chipped so far. Work as they should and would definitely recommend.
