What can be returned or exchanged?

- Product is in the same condition as when you received it.
- All packaging, accessories, accessories are still in new or like-new condition and will not affect resale.

Return process within 15 days of receiving your order
Submit a return request to the customer service email: support01@workprotools.com. Please include a description and photo explaining the reason for your return.
We reserve the right not to accept returns without prior approval from Customer Service.
Once our customer service department approves your request, we will provide you with a return address. Please ship the item via your local post office within 3-5 business days of receiving the return form and keep the tracking number handy.
EDIT: Consumers are not responsible for return shipping if an item is received damaged or incorrect.
In other cases, if a return is requested, the consumer shall bear the shipping cost. The specific cost depends on the courier company you choose.
No restocking fees are charged to customers for returning defective products
All returned items will be inspected. We will process a refund when we confirm that the product has the problem you mentioned. After we process your refund, it usually takes 3-7 business days for the funds to be credited to your account, depending on your bank or payment service. Your bank or payment service may charge a small transaction fee.
Note: The value of the return is equal to the selling price of the returned or exchanged item, including applicable taxes. For online returns, original shipping charges will not be refunded unless otherwise stated.

This tool bag is very sturdy. My tools have piled up over time, and this bag has been holding most of them. The material of the bag feels good, and the outside pockets come in handy for storing some of the tools I need to reach for more quickly. The shoulder strap is well padded. The sewing where the shoulder strap connects onto the bag is was done very nicely! I feel confident lugging this tool bag over my shoulders fully loaded.
The bag is well made with strong zippers, plenty of pockets and opens wide. My other tool box was becoming crowded with plumbing, electrical and other tools, so this tool bag was an inexpensive way to add some organization to my life. The tool bag is light, unless you pile a bunch of tools in, and is easy to carry by either the handles or should strap. The shoulder strap is nice as sometimes the hands get worn out from carrying other items throughout the day. Definitely a good purchase!
A lot of pockets. Strong
Just got my tool bag and loaded it up. Rather premature to do a review, but so many (including myself) were so curious to know what it holds that i wanted to share what i fit in it. An oscillating tool, an impact driver, three cases for attachments, 3 batteries, a charger and a few small items tucked into pockets inside. With this load in it it is comfortable to carry but pretty well full and wouldnt fit much more. I am happy with the purchase.
