BATTERY PERFORMANCE: Normally, the electric stapler only takes quick 1-2 hours to fully charge and can fire up to 1000 nails. But shooting nails too fast may cause the machine to overheat and possibly be damaged. It is recommended to shoot no more than 30 nails per minute and take a 1-minute break for every 100 nails

SAFETY SETTINGS: The nail gun has 3 safety switches. After turning on the ON button and pressing the trigger, the stapler will only start working when the contact safety device is pressed against the surface of the object, and the safety insurance structure prevents accidental typing. It is strongly recommended to turn off the power switch (position "O") when not in use

WIDE APPLICATION: This nail gun is ideal for upholstery, material repair, woodworking, decoration, furniture, DIY, and many different renovation needs, suitable for bonding various materials, such as fabric, paper, leather, and softwood products. However, It is NOT suitable for professional carpentry and CAN'T nail hardwoods

If you are not 100% satisfied with the item you received, we will accept returns within 15 calendar days of receiving the item.

What can be returned or exchanged?

• Product is in the same condition as when you received it.
• All packaging, accessories, accessories are still in new or like-new condition and will not affect resale.

Return process within 15 days of receiving your order

Submit a return request to the customer service email: support01@workprotools.com. Please include a description and photo explaining the reason for your return.
We reserve the right not to accept returns without prior approval from Customer Service.

Once our customer service department approves your request, we will provide you with a return address. Please ship the item via your local post office within 3-5 business days of receiving the return form and keep the tracking number handy.
EDIT: Consumers are not responsible for return shipping if an item is received damaged or incorrect.

In other cases, if a return is requested, the consumer shall bear the shipping cost. The specific cost depends on the courier company you choose.

No restocking fees are charged to customers for returning defective products

All returned items will be inspected. We will process a refund when we confirm that the product has the problem you mentioned. After we process your refund, it usually takes 3-7 business days for the funds to be credited to your account, depending on your bank or payment service. Your bank or payment service may charge a small transaction fee.
Note: The value of the return is equal to the selling price of the returned or exchanged item, including applicable taxes. For online returns, original shipping charges will not be refunded unless otherwise stated.

1. Do you ship internationally?
   Currently, our website only support shipments within the United States.

2. When can I get my product after payment?
   We will process your order within 2-3 days. And the shipping process takes about 5-15 days, the shipping time mainly depends on where you are. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

3. How can I track my order?
   Once your order has shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. Please also check your spam. This email will contain all your shipping information and ways to track your order.
   Please note that you will not get tracking information until your order has been processed and shipped. Additional shipping delays may occur due to large order volumes.

4. Can I return it?

You can return undamaged products and package within 15 days of purchase for a full refund for any reason. 5. How long does it take to process a return?
   Due to the additional quarantine measures surrounding returns, we will process your return within up to 7 business days of receipt of the return package.
