What can be returned or exchanged?
- Items ordered were received within the past 15 days.
- Product is in the same condition as when you received it.
- All packaging, accessories, accessories are still in new or like-new condition and will not affect resale.

Return process within 15 days of receiving your order
Submit a return request to the customer service email: support01@workprotools.com. Please include a description and photo explaining the reason for your return.
We reserve the right not to accept returns without prior approval from Customer Service.
Once our customer service department approves your request, we will provide you with a return address. Please ship the item via your local post office within 3-5 business days of receiving the return form and keep the tracking number handy.
EDIT: Consumers are not responsible for return shipping if an item is received damaged or incorrect.
In other cases, if a return is requested, the consumer shall bear the shipping cost. The specific cost depends on the courier company you choose.
No restocking fees are charged to customers for returning defective products
All returned items will be inspected. We will process a refund when we confirm that the product has the problem you mentioned. After we process your refund, it usually takes 3-7 business days for the funds to be credited to your account, depending on your bank or payment service. Your bank or payment service may charge a small transaction fee.
Note: The value of the return is equal to the selling price of the returned or exchanged item, including applicable taxes. For online returns, original shipping charges will not be refunded unless otherwise stated.

I work with cement and rocks - making garden decor. This adjustable table allows me to move my work up and down so I don't have to bend over or reach up to add rocks and other decorations. And it's sturdy enough to hold and lift my cement creations. Love it.
This desk is fantastic. The presets are great and it is very sturdy!
This Electric Standing Desk is a game-changer for anyone at a desk all day like me. It's got height adjustability (and actually does go really high and low), a roomy wooden top that is incredibly solid, and dual motors. The 500 lbs load capacity is impressive, and it can go from sitting to standing. Whether for home or office use, this desk is a solid choice. I highly recommend it.
I now have a small office in a corner of our guest room thanks to this amazing product. I am very impressed. I spent close to twenty years in the commercial Office furniture industry with the largest company in the business. This is as good as anything that was made years ago and for a fraction of the price, albeit for many reasons. This is pretty close to all you need for a home office these days. It was quick and easy to assemble and move into place, yet the components are top grade heavy weights that will last a very long time. I placed a desk blotter on the wood top just to protect it, but that��s my thing. Love it, love it, love it. Highly recommended
