This sanding machine includes a 4 x 36-inch belt sander and a 6-inch sanding disc with an extra 3*belt and 3*disc, which meets your different applications, like wood. Woodworking will get a lot easier with the WORKPRO Belt/Disc Sander.
The benchtop sanding belt can be adjusted from horizontal to vertical providing different positions for sanding workpieces of different shapes and sizes. Using the hex key lose the positioning bolt and then adjust the position. Good helper for woodworking and all your DIY needs.
This sander is powerful with 4.3 Amps 1/2 HP motor, providing 1900 SFM of belt speed and 3600 r/min.(RPM) of disc speed, which is more professional than another sanding machine.
The tension quick release lever helps you switch and replace sand paper grits as needed. Note: pull the belt tension lever toward you to release the belt tension.
Turn the belt sander to vertical meets your different sanding needs. Note: using the hex key provided, loosen the positioning bolt by turning the bolt counterclockwise.
Sanding small end surfaces using the miter gauge, improving sanding work efficiency. Note: Turn the red knob to adjust the miter gauge.
Installing/replacing sanding disc
1. Using he's key provided, loosen the positioning bolt.
2. Move the sanding belt into a vertical position,
3. Lock the sanding belt by tightening the positioning bolt.
4. Pull the belt tension lever toward you to release the belt tension.
5. Place the sanding belt over the drive roller and idler roller with the directional arrows running counterclockwise. Be sure the sanding belt is centered on both drums.
6. Push the belt tension lever back into place to apply the belt tension.

Return process within 15 days of receiving your order
Submit a return request to the customer service email: support01@workprotools.com. Please include a description and photo explaining the reason for your return.
We reserve the right not to accept returns without prior approval from Customer Service.
Once our customer service department approves your request, we will provide you with a return address. Please ship the item via your local post office within 3-5 business days of receiving the return form and keep the tracking number handy.
EDIT: Consumers are not responsible for return shipping if an item is received damaged or incorrect.
In other cases, if a return is requested, the consumer shall bear the shipping cost. The specific cost depends on the courier company you choose.
No restocking fees are charged to customers for returning defective products
All returned items will be inspected. We will process a refund when we confirm that the product has the problem you mentioned. After we process your refund, it usually takes 3-7 business days for the funds to be credited to your account, depending on your bank or payment service. Your bank or payment service may charge a small transaction fee.
