Return process within 15 days of receiving your order
Submit a return request to the customer service email: support01@workprotools.com. Please include a description and photo explaining the reason for your return.
We reserve the right not to accept returns without prior approval from Customer Service.
Once our customer service department approves your request, we will provide you with a return address. Please ship the item via your local post office within 3-5 business days of receiving the return form and keep the tracking number handy.
EDIT: Consumers are not responsible for return shipping if an item is received damaged or incorrect.
In other cases, if a return is requested, the consumer shall bear the shipping cost. The specific cost depends on the courier company you choose.
No restocking fees are charged to customers for returning defective products
All returned items will be inspected. We will process a refund when we confirm that the product has the problem you mentioned. There's so many things I like about this drill, the weight, size, color and, boy, does it have a lot of torque! I've used this several times now and it's now my go-to drill for about anything. The battery seems to charge quickly and there's no power lost as far as I can tell. I think it's just made for around the house projects and nothing real industrial. I don't get the wrist fatigue with this as my other standard sized electric drill. The fact that it came with a cool carrying case is a bonus.
It is very nice and appears to be of its worth. I have not used it yet, but I inspect parts. Attachments look strong. Do not look cheap. I am sure it will get the job done with DIY hobbies.
This set is perfect for my never ending home projects. I needed something lightweight with a bit of power. This is perfect! And being pink I have a better chance it WONT be borrowed by my sons!!!
Battery life is good. As long as you charge it. Basic common sense. Very flexible. Enjoy. You won't go wrong by buying this product
