Return process within 15 days of receiving your order
Submit a return request to the customer service email: support01@workprotools.com. Please include a description and photo explaining the reason for your return.
We reserve the right not to accept returns without prior approval from Customer Service.
Once our customer service department approves your request, we will provide you with a return address. Please ship the item via your local post office within 3-5 business days of receiving the return form and keep the tracking number handy.
EDIT: Consumers are not responsible for return shipping if an item is received damaged or incorrect.
In other cases, if a return is requested, the consumer shall bear the shipping cost. The specific cost depends on the courier company you choose.
No restocking fees are charged to customers for returning defective products
All returned items will be inspected. We will process a refund when we confirm that the product has the problem you mentioned. After we process your refund, it usually takes 3-7 business days for the funds to be credited to your account, depending on your bank or payment service. Your bank or payment service may charge a small transaction fee.

I am truly impressed with this hand-held trimmer. I spend a fair amount of time gardening on the weekends to help decompress from crazy workweeks. After heavy rains the bushes are EXPLODING and snip-snip-snipping with pruning scissors was extremely time consuming. This electric trimmer has not only cut down on the time I spend snipping, but it allows me to better shape the bushes as well.
While it can be described as a lightweight tool, with the blades attached to the tool body, it does have a little heft to it, so your hands/wrists/arms need to be strong enough to sustain not only the body of the tool for an extended period of time, but the motion (vibration) of the cutting blades.
Both aspects of the trimmer work really well! I feel like I can do a "professional" gardening clean up in a fraction of the time that it used to take me.
It is easy to charge with the included USB wire. I didn't time the exact charge time, but it seemed to be around an hour +/-.
I was impressed with the attachment design, very easy to attach or change from the sheers to the trimmer. I just finished using it for yard work and used other tools, too, so I didn’t push the battery to its limit but it lasted for the whole session. It did a good job cutting and the bag is a great size for it I think because there’s room for gloves and other tools. It presents an opportunity to have a contained kit with everything needed if you choose to.

My townhome has a tiny yard that frequently needs touch-ups in between landscaper visits. I have a weed-eater, but for corners or other tight spaces, I found myself needing something different. I got this product primarily for the grass shear feature.
It does exactly what I was hoping, allowing me to get in the spaces the weed-eater just doesn't get into. The blades are sharp and made quick work of the thick grass, moving quickly through it without much effort. It's easy to operate and didn't cause any hand fatigue in the 20 minutes I was using it.
The included bag keeps everything organized and neat and allows the user to quickly locate the product.
The only thing I think could make it better would be an optional pole attachment that allowed the product to be used while standing for those who have back issues or allowed the trimmer feature to be used for higher areas.
Nevertheless, I'm extremely happy with the product and highly recommend it.
This is a great quality hedge clipper. It's easy to use and works well. I love the handheld, cordless design. The battery life is good and it charges up quickly. This is a great value for a very handy garden tool.
